I asked for a quote for campervan insurance, I dealt with Amber Taylor who was very helpful & competent. The quote was very competitive so I proceeded to payment. The whole process was easy & Amber explained everything very well. Thank you, I will be back when my house insurance is due.

Not happy with amount of documentation required, even wanted an engineer report for amongst other things the carpets in my camper van and engineer test drive for roadworthiness! Prepared to send photos of my pride and joy but not pay for an engineer report when my vehicle has an MOT. Even cost me 25 to cancel before the policy started, lesson learnt.

Well I wasn't unhappy with them until I had to sell my van and leave them and they made me pay 83 leaving chargers so read what they send you Never been charged to leave an insurance didn't even know it was possible I didn't read but still it's quite lame to charge for ending an insurance due to selling the van

The most awkward and complicated insurance company on the market. In 30 years of driving this is the worst insurance company I've dealt with. The quote may seem competitive at first but look out for the devious small print. The cost will double before you know what's happened. Appalling customer service.

AVOID! 60 cheaper. Not worth the hassle! Be prepared to give national insurance details along with many many more documents after you have paid your deposit. Threats of cancelling the insurance and losing your deposit. Certainly won't be using this company again or recommend it to others
