Fraudsters! Set up a Direct debit for 19.99 a month without my knowledge and from details they bought from other companies. Have cancelled the direct debit and will be now calling the police and action fraud. See you in court Pinnacle insurance LTD!

Tried calling quite a few times to cancel my pet insurance on the number they provided in the letter, however the answer phone says its closed for the bank holiday! We've not had a bank holiday in ages! Tried to email them and again they choose to ignore it. Hopefully they will see this review and get in touch with me!

Nice building and nice receptionist. However, tried to make a genuine claim but was refused. Something to do with the small print, so beware.

Stay away. Does not pay genuine claims. Did not pay my claim even after Vet wrote to them. There are insurance companies that are genuine.
