This is the first time I have dealt with Assured Futures as an organisation at this point I can only comment on my dealings with Ben Harrison Ben was knowledgeable, thorough and most importantly was a great listener! He readily understood my needs and matched them accordingly with the right product for me and my daughter. His call backs were impeccable, always on time and always when we agreed! Was a pleasure dealing with somebody who knew the market and his products and answered my questions with ease. Based on this I feel totally confident in my decision to use Assured Futures and Ben to switch my health insurance Incidentally he found me better cover overall and saved me a significant amount of money! I purchased health insurance using Assured Futures as a broker because they offered me a competitive deal based on my circumstances and clearly explained the different options to me. There was no pressure to purchase a policy from them. I've raised a few questions since purchasing the insurance and my personal broker, Ben Harrison, has always been polite and helpful providing me with a prompt reply to my enquiries. I hope that I don't need to use the insurance but having it in place has given me peace of mind and Ben has been a pleasure to deal with.

Whatever your current circumstances, if you are looking for private medical insurance take some time to have a chat with the team at Assured Futures. My personal experience was really positive and reassuring; the depth of options available was outstanding and the real personal service that I received from Ben Harrison was so refreshing and just what I was looking for. Furthermore, a personally tailored policy to suit current and future needs was considerably less costly that I had initially imagined it would be.

This is not a sponsored review, just my personal reflections on a really great service. Ben was absolutely fantastic and I am really happy that he will be my point of contact for the future. Assured Futures - highly recommended give them a buzz and see what I mean.

Assisted by a lady named Carrie this morning. She was very friendly, polite and helpful. Phone call took about half an hour to complete. I feel this was a very professional service and my needs were met after some basic questioning. Very good service indeed. Carrie is a credit to your company and I will recommend this service to friends/co workers.

Very pleased with the service I have received from Ben H at Assured Futures. He was courteous and professional throughout our calls which he pre arranged by text. Everything was clearly explained and he identified a policy to meet my needs exactly and at a much more reasonable rate than the one quoted by my existing broker, whose customer service left a lot to be desired. Ben has restored my faith in insurance brokers.
