I have been using Annetts and Orchard for over a decade and have always found them to be friendly, efficient and diligent. They have dealt with my mortgages for several properties over the years and have also organised life and home insurance for me. On top of this they have always been on hand to give me advice when required along the way, I trust them implicitly and would never use anyone else. I would highly recommend.

Me and my partner first started looking into buying our first home just under a year ago and used Will Sharpe of A&O for our mortgage needs. Will at every point of contact over the year responded like we were his main concern even if we hadn't spoken for a couple of months, he explained everything in great detail and we never felt we couldn't ask a question no matter how small or potentially obvious. He responds very quickly and made sure we always had the information we needed. Overall we would 100 percent recommend him. We will definitely be using Annetts and Orchard again in the future.

It's been a while since we bought our first home, and the process itself was rather long and complicated, so for about a year I've been meaning to review A&O and especially Will Sharpe - it's not easy to express how very very grateful we are for all the truly fantastic support and advice we received! Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, despite the changes and delays, and always a pleasure to talk to.

Will Sharpe gave us excellent advice following a comprehensive phone call and online review of our requirements. His response time was most impressive - not sure when he sleeps and, when there were a couple of bumps in the road, he pro-actively addressed and resolved them. Will was the absolute star of the show throughout our buying process. Our purchase wasn't the most straight forward, and at times we really wanted to shy away from it, but talking to and working with Will was consistently a pleasure and a joy. His advice was excellent, and we particularly appreciated how flexible he was with our sometimes changing requests (!) and how responsive he was too. We look forward to using Will and Annetts and Orchard again for our next property purchase, and have already recommended them to friends.

This was the best money a young First Time Buyer couple could spend! After being messed around with our mortgage, our Mortgage Advisor Will, swiftly took everything off of our plate and handled it all. He was empathetic to our situation and always available to answer any questions, getting us a great deal. Pretty sure he got us the quickest mortgage offer in history! 100% would recommend to anybody looking to buy a house. We will certainly be coming back at time of remortgage.
