Poor service. I did a quote online then called to ask for what other proof will need to be surprised given a higher different quote. Then ask either I'm on benefits if not I should have a supporting letter that I'm employed.

I did an online car insurance policy via Go Compare. The best price for me. On occasions I have needed to speak to City Insurance. They are Insurance Brokers. They deal with you quickly, efficiently and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend them, especially if you like to speak to someone in person. There is a wonderful young lady I spoke to called Jess. Very nice service and great telephone skills.

Much prefer to use City insurance better than one of those comparison sites ( City insurance do all the work for you shhhh!) 5/5 for me and ive been renewing my car every year with no probs whatsoever. Try them, bet you send me a thank you after!

Unusual to find a company nowadays that doesn't offer services via their website (e.g. logging into your account to retrieve policy documents), everything has to be done via phone or email. Saying that, email was responded to quickly

I made my car insurance through a broker with this company which was fraud scam I'm suffering from pots of problem and I did call this broker may be 100 times to inform him that police caught me on the road while I was driving and I didn't know that I don't have a valid insurance. It wasn't my fault because all the emails and relevant information they were dealing I didn't get any information. I gave all the chat and phone call recording to police to do further investigation and help me out of it.
