Their policy is that if you don't find a fault within the first 2 years of the guarantee and the developer hasn't been made aware within this time then they or the developer does not need to do anything regarding resolution. All they cover from year 2-10 is structural damage, wall tie failure or building movement etc. Even if they hadn't built it to building regulations at the time, it's your job to find these issues within 2 years and make your developer aware in writing.

THEY OWE ME 2 PAYMENTS TOTALLING APPROX 1600 AND HAVE MADE EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY! THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED. YOU HV TO CHASE AND CHASE TO GET YOUR MONEY RETURNED, FOR EXAMPLE THE ESCROW PAYMENTS DEVELOPERS/ BUILDERS HAVE TO PAY. THEIR REPLIES ARE INCONSISTENT. TOTAL TIMEWASTERS! YOU SEE THEM AT THE HOUSE BUILDER SHOWS - AVOID AT ALL COST I USED THEM ON TWO BUILD PROJECTS. NEVER AGAIN! I AM GOING LEGAL NOW

Poor product and service - would tell anyone buying a home with their insurance to walk away. It's also interesting that the two five star reviews are both by individuals who work for the Company! (Just look them up on LinkedIn).
