I recently purchased a Van Policy from Nova insurance. It was late at night and I needed insurance to buy and take the van. However, after viewing the van it wasn't fit for purpose, so I cancelled my policy the same evening. I must have had the policy for 2 hours. I contacted Nova the next day to confirm that they had received the the information. They confirmed to me that I would have to pay a administrative charge of 60, I questioned this as no paperwork would of been filled in by a member of staff at such a late hour and that there office hours stated they were closed!
I have just now noticed that for a refund you have to do it online and it can take 6-8 weeks, yet it took 2 days to take my payment. I think it's disgusting that it's takes so long for a company to issue back payment.
