Very happy with the balance of cost vs cover provided, and the handling of the claim we had to make last year due to travel disruption. We have renewed our policy for another year, in the hope of travel restarting in 2022!

I can't recommend Globelink highly enough. In a world where excellent customer service is hard to find they have exceeded my expectations. Owing to airline schedule changes I had to postpone our round the world trip and amend our travel dates by a whole year. Globelink's communication has been great throughout the process and they amended our policy without charge. I feel confident that should I have to claim I will be treated fairly and their prices are very competitive too!

I was delighted to discover Globelink International Travel Insurance when I was searching for an annual policy as a Brit living abroad in Europe. This means that my flights don't depart from the UK necessarily, and many insurers at home require you to be resident to cover you. Globelink put me at ease and helped me find a plan to suit my needs. I also did need to call the office to make payment, and found the person I spoke with to be friendly, professional, efficient, and good humoured. Excellent experience so far - thank you!
