Awful service. Don't get back to you so you have to chase by phone on their premium rate number. 5 star reviews seem to be from members of staff! Stay away from this company. Absolute joke and the last thing your loved ones need when you pass away!

Very bad recruitment experience! Very bad inhouse recruitment staff. They call you up, all enthusiastic about an 'exciting opportunity they have available', then after spending nearly an hour of your time, they disappear off the face of the earth! Don't even bother trying to get a job here, you will surely regret the experience!

Having had the misfortune of dealing with these jokers for a couple of years, I'm amazed that any organisation as incompetent as Canada Life is able to operate in a regulated financial services industry. They sold investments without permission, 'mis-keyed' a transaction in their favour by 26,000, are unable to provide even the simplest transaction information, and have generally treated us with contempt.

These mistakes have cost us a lot of time and money, including over 1,000 in solicitor's fees (which they eventually agreed to cover). I literally wouldn't use Canada Life again if they were the last financial services company on earth.

BEWARE - ABSOLUTE SCAM. They ask for current/past address, name change, national insurance number, previous employer. Then ask you to send birth/marriage certificate or passport if you've had a name change! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Sending fraudulent letters claiming to have lost policy details requiring documentation such as birth certificates and NI number to rectify this.
