My experience; they sent a renewal notice in March. Then nothing by post or email until October. Then they sent a very aggressive follow up letter to the quote (less than a week later). They claim to have telephoned in that march to october time, but never left a message. They have all my details including email and didn't bother ever to send a single email.
I don't want to give my business to a company that doesn't value me. I clicked off and the first other home insurer was 25% less expensive. Avoid this company. You can't take risks with home insurance. These guys are incapable of looking after you.
