Brought travel insurance with this company. Needed to change pre existing conditions long before the actual trip so called the customer service number. They never answered the phone. I called more than once and got nothing but a message that I was in the queue....my position in the queue never changed even after an hour on the phone. The chat service never worked and they do not respond to emails.
I have now cancelled the policy within the 14 day period three times with no response. Their site says it takes 30 days to provide a full refund, but they should at least acknowledge the cancellation.

It was really easy for me as i used this company around 6 months ago for my cruise insurance. The template was there so all i had to do was update the info which took around 10 mins and the price was really reasonable. So easy to do, i will certainly use them again.
