ZERO STARS! This company is also known as Heritage Car Insurance! We have multiple cars on a classic car policy (around 8 cars). When we removed one of the cars yesterday they charged us a 25 mid adjustment fee (which is stated on their T&Cs) plus an additional 10 for their insurer KGM! They also retained an Additional 30% Commission from the premium owed back to us.

Yet they do not mention how much commission they will take in their T&Cs. Absolute scammers! Please avoid using this company, we certainly will not be using them in future! I will be escalating this to the Financial Ombudsman!

Not a helpful company. All about the charges, provide no refund and charge extra to cancel a policy. Staff are rude and unhelpful. What a terrible experience with Norton / Heritage. Spend a few extra pounds elsewhere.
