I have held a long standing car Insurance policy with Madoc & Rhodes, having worked with Dean and Paul previously - your service is second to none. I have used Madoc and Rhodes for all of my insurances for the last few years and ALWAYS find them to provide policies with the highest standard, they ooze outstanding customer service, are easy to deal with and they often provide me with invaluable advice, which may have been overlooked had I gone via a comparison site on the internet. I've been taking out my home insurance with these guys for several years now and they provide a great service. Ian always reminds me when I need to renew and he's happy to answer any questions and make changes to the policy if needed. Going through Madoc & Rhodes gives me that reassurance that if anything happens, I'm definitely covered. And it's much quicker than trawling through all the comparison websites yourself. I'd highly recommend them.
