Outstanding service from the team that dealt with my case Katy, Rob, George & martyn if memory serves, as I am new to boating I wasn't aware of outboard motor theft being a thing and only 2 weeks of owning my boat the motor was stolen, thankfully craftinsure was there for me and helped me get back on the water. Customer Service awful would hate to have to deal with this company in an emergency. I have recommended them numerous times but the level of service has drastically dropped and I shall be looking for a new insurance company for my boat.
