Hepburns consists of two independent companies, Hepburns Insurance Ltd registered in Jersey no. 4722) and Hepburns Insurance Ltd (registered in Guernsey, no.20438). Both Islands enjoy a 900-year relationship with the United Kingdom Government as independent crown dependencies.

Paul joined Hepburns in 1983 and led the management buy out team to acquire Hepburns Jersey from the owner at that time in 1988. Paul was appointed Managing Director in the same year. Paul is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute. Paul looks after key client relationships and is active in numerous business and corporate insurance initiatives.

We are pleased to be able to offer 'Commercial Legal Protection' with DAS Legal Expenses at an annual premium 85.00. The limit of indemnity is 100,000 and pays solicitors or advocates fees, court costs, expenses for expert witnesses, attendance expenses, accountants fees and employment compensation awards.

Just had to deal with Hepburns regarding a claim for a leak in my flat and the service was brilliant, so helpful and efficient. I'd definitely recommend them.

Takes multiple payments of insurance in error! When I tried to call to get my money back they were very unhelpful, and it doesnt seen like they will give me back a refund

My landlord insurance was up for renewal, leaders letting agents pushed me to use this company, I think they are some way connected as they recommend this Hepburn company, Hepburn sent a renewal quote for 172.55 I tried to ring Hepburn was told I needed to be put through to another department! Well after 5 minutes was told they were very busy ring back tomorrow, when you are trying to pay them or renew a policy you have this very rude obnoxious girl on the help desk telling you to ring again WHAT HAPPENS if you have a claim. Hepburn use post box addresses in Jersey. reading the renewal paper work it turns out they are getting policy underwritten with Aviva.,,, rang Aviva they quoted me 102.52 fo same policy this is a 70 saving on Hepburn quote. Before you use this company you ring around it will be cheaper and will not have to put up with rude and obnoxious staff,

I have to only give this company 2 Stars with the experience I've had with them. I never had to claim the entire time I was with them, so I can't speak of what they are like when it REALLY counts. Hepburns are partnered with Leaders property management and you are basically required to take out house and contents insurance with them when you rent a property managed by them.

The insurance was 20 a month. For the first 4-5 months I was charged twice every month, and had to email them to let them know, each time I was promised it wont happen again, but then it did. Now I have left the property 3 months ago, I'm still getting charged. Same thing again: Apologies, it wont happen again etc. I swear if I wasn't looking at my bank account every day i'd have been swindled.

Absolute scum. As previous review said, they are partnered with the estate agents Leaders, who are also disgusting crooks. Leaders held on to my deposit 6 months after I left a property for no reason, I had to email them, take time out to visit them in person, make a formal complaint about a member of staff before they gave it back to me, and Hepburns told me that they would refund my overpayment on my insurance (6 months worth of overpaid insurance payments which you had to pay the full term of/1 year).

It is a year since I left the property and they still haven't refunded me, no matter how many times I chase them up on it. The only good thing about it is that I'm in a position where I'm able to tell people to absolutely never rent with Leaders or take out insurance with Hepburns

I'm writing this review because I recently claimed for my MacBook Pro which was knocked down the stairs by my five year old child. At the time I was devastated but thanks to the team for friendly and professional service at Hepburns Ins. I received full settlement within a week and I was very pleased the way it was dealt with! Thanks guys will continue to use you and would definitely recommend your Company
