Critical: Professionalism Really poor process of requesting proof of no claims. Cancelled my policy without even a telephone call and charged a ludicrous sum to do so as they weren't satisfied with what I'd provided them with. Worst customer experience I've ever had with an insurance company, I'd strongly advise others to avoid.

What a breath of fresh air it is to be able to speak with a customer services agent without having to wait 20 minutes on the phone! Great local company. Yes, they might not be the cheapest, but the cheapest are not always the best!

Very reasonable insurance company. They were very helpful and very fast at sorting out my new policy. I recieved a email with my new license policy and tempery window display as soon as I put the phone down. I rung them Monday morning and recieved my new full window display by Wednesday.
