A hate this vile bank and this useless branch. They say they're open on a Saturday but actually all that's open is their ATMs, there's no other banking services in the branch on Saturdays, , so THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE OPEN! Pathetic excuse for an organization and I wish their CEOs would suffer genuine pain in their personal lives. I really hope for bad nasty things for everyone running this company. *I'm holding back from saying what I really think because it would land me in big trouble.

Top notch customer service, friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Still the same service for over 15years.

I was shocked to see the bank busy especially during tier 4, however a lovely gentleman called Kristian helped me set up my online banking. I had a few issues regarding my account and Kristian did above and beyond to help me! Such a delight, always had a smile on his face. honestly he made my day.

Thanks to Christian, all problems were solved. After changing personal info on the Natwest App, my husband and I couldn't use the App at all. Nobody found what the problem was even Natwest Chat. They just said there was no problem on my app connection and suggested me delete and install App. By the guideline, I reinstall the App more than 10 times. but nothing changed.

Our final destination was Natwest Wimbledon Branch. Christian knew what should be done for it, he was very professional. He reset our account, after then everything was woking properly!

Terrible customer service, poorly representing the NatWest brand. I went to ask for a question since I was around the area and the lady was incredibly rude and inconsiderate, not how you should be treating your customers Natwest.

10 out of 10 for Yvonna, I went in to 4 other NatWest branches to close my help to buy ISA and they all said I just close it like a normal account. I knew this wasn't right and would lose me my government bonus and in turn lose to the house I'm buying. I went into Wimbledon NatWest on Saturday and she knew instantly that wasn't correct, she looked up the correct process and helped me complete it.

She also called me today to say she'd spoken to her manager and wanted to let me know that was correct and it was all being processed! Saved me a lot of stress and money! Thank you!

Known this branch of NatWest since 1988, that some of the staff and I are on first name basis, I would not change a thing

Incompetent staff, not knowing their own bank's procedures, useless, lazy, slow. Visited the branch SIX TIMES to set up a new account, but the staff was so useless they never even helped with that. I am so incredibly disappointed. The lady today (Kriesha or some like that) examined my documents for 10min, asking her colleagues if they were okay (ignoring the fact I told her I've been here many times already and they're fine) and then said I need to go to the website (to set up the international student account), even though I was instructed on the phone to come to the branch (and the website didn't work, which was an issue I pointed out several times).

So she opened the website on the tablet in the branch and scrolled it up and down for 15 min looking for the tab in which the supposing bank account set up platform was. Never found it. I said I didn't have time for this and there are too many banks to chose from to put up with this anymore, I gave them enough chances. Pathetic.

This bank is just in the no car area. We have used the bank for our schools PTA. We had to sort out signatories for 3 of us to be able to sign cheques. They were very good sorting this out. We all took in our I.D., and one of the ladies dealt with it very quickly in one of their private offices. They do get queues, but these go down fairly quickly. Being just on the edge of the no cars area, there is no parking immediately outside the bank, but there is plenty of car parks not far away.
