What a ride we have had. Tia and Lois couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. Safe to say our vendor was a nightmare but we got there in the end. After 13 months we have finally purchased our first home, two weeks in and we couldn't be happier

Connor, Dermot and Mary always give me a 5 star service. I have 5 rental propertied that are managed by Homesure and I would not take my business anywhere else! All email queries are answered promptly and thoroughly and there is a real culture of onus within this company. Maintenance issues are handled particularly well, in my opinion. I would recommend Homesure to anyone!

Lois and Tia from Homesure were great. They were acting as estate agents on behalf of my seller. They were both really quick in getting back to me when I had questions and kept me informed all the way through the process. One of the things I liked was that if I asked a question they weren't sure about, they told me they would go and find out and get back to me; rather than just take a guess.

They are very friendly and provided certainty and reassurance all the way through. They also both explained things really well, as this was the first time I had moved, so I wasn't too sure of the process.
