We have an active apprenticeship and trainee recruitment policy including; on the job training, and studying for CII qualifications and NVQ Certificates. Most client facing staff have successfully obtained their Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance qualification as a minimum standard, with several now continuing their studies towards achieving the Diploma and Advanced Diploma levels. We're always on the lookout for insurance professionals who match our ambition, drive and determination to be the best at what we do.
Hayes Parsons Insurance Brokers is proud to have held Chartered Insurance Broker status since 2018. This is a prestigious title, with remarkably only around 5% of the UK's top insurance broking firms achieving Chartered Insurance Broker status. The title Chartered Insurance Brokers is awarded to companies that make a public declaration of their commitment to professional standards.
In offering a bold and modern approach to insurance broking we are always looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing team. Scroll down to find our latest vacancies. Our annual apprenticeship recruitment programme includes on the job training and studying for the Cert CII qualification and NVQ Level 2 Certificate.

Hayes Parsons provide insurance brokerage services to our group of independent schools and are quite excellent in every regard. Mark, Jackie, Guy and the team are highly knowledgeable, commercially astute and always respond promptly and clearly to questions, requests for support or claims. I can't recommend the service that they provide highly enough.

A terrible business. Their subsidiary Admiral Marine have been stalling on paying a claim where the damage dates back to 2017. N Rawlings of Hayes Parsons hasn't replied to emails sent in April. If they are messing you about then go to Small Claims Court action as, despite any threats that they make, it is a low cost option where you'll get your costs back.
Who all these 5 star reviewers are is suspect no insurance broker has all 5 stars looks like some sort of fix? Interestingly they do not like any negative reviews I have today 16 May 2019 received a letter from Gregg Latchams, solicitors, demanding under threat of 'potential legal proceedings or other measures' to remove this review. Now 2 months after replying another threatening letter from Gregg Latchams.
These bully boy tactics seem typical of Admiral/Hayes Parsons They do not seem to understand that the whole idea of a review is to post facts both positive and negative. If you post facts then that is not 'defamatory' it is fair comment. I post based on my experience which is what these Google boards are for. Just really looking forward to meeting them in court.
Their Admiral marine claims manager wrote to their solicitors nice to reject his claim' I wonder what the judge and potential clients of these two businesses will think of that

I have used this company since I started my business in 2013. On renewing my annual insurance just now, i have just had the worst customer service from a male operator in London, whose attitude was vile. Aggressive, & argumentative and he sounded more like an accusatory cop, rather than happy to sell you a policy! A voice which deemed anyone else, way less important than himself.
After making assumptions, that because I was calling from abroad, he couldn't sell me a policy despite the fact I reside in London, but had to explain that to him, since he knew everything. A bully with a serious attitude issue, who realises he's spoken so down to a customer, he starts to call you 'sir', once he's absolutly peed you off.

Professional and competitive insurance brokers that are Bristol through and through - not another faceless phone number. I've used Hayes Parsons for a number of years as commercial insurance brokers for my online business. Unlike other brokers they took the time to identify my business' risks before presenting me with a quotation. Every year they check to ensure the commercial activities haven't changed and that I'm insured for all potential problems. Insurance isn't something I relish buying but Hayes Parsons don't make it a chore. Highly recommended.
