Brilliant friendly fast service. Despite my insurance needs being reasonably specific and my vehicle having several modifications Graham Skykes came back to me extremely quicky and with a quote so low that it actually shocked me.

I have found this company very helpful since switching to them a couple of years ago to insure my American conversion van. Over the last couple of days my emails to them have bounced and apparently they are closed today (Sunday). Probably it's due to the virus. Apart from this non urgent attempt to contact them I've found them to be knowledgeable, helpful over the phone and importantly cheaper than other companies that I've tried. (Why I switched). I'm confident to recommend Sykes for American cover.

EXTREMELY RUDE staff on the phone. I've never been so disgusted in my life whilst talking professionally on the phone. We spoke to Caroline and I think her telephone manner needs sorting out. Buyers be warned!
