Formed back in 1983 when Brian Marshall left the Prudential (known in the industry as the man from the Pru), to trade as an Independent Insurance Broker, with many of his existing clients following him. His brother, Stuart joined the following year (also ex-Prudential) as the business rapidly expanded. Initially working from home, the Company moved in 1984 to the offices in Greyhound Lane, which they continue to occupy today. In 1985 the Company expanded into the local Estate Agency market both Sales & Property Letting's.
