Meet the Team

Andy has been involved in the property insurance sector for over 25 years, starting as an Underwriter and enjoying a spell in Claims before moving to St Giles. Although responsible for the department, Andy's primary function remains advising clients on all matters of placing and servicing property insurance risks.

As an independent broker we have the flexibility to provide a tailored service. We understand no two property companies or managing agents are the same and a one size fits all approach is not conducive for the most efficient service. Regardless of premium, each client is allocated a selected team with a single point of contact.
Claims
Report
With St Giles you will be appointed a claim handler who will assist in the preparation of information submitted to the insurer and/or loss adjuster. We will continually monitor and review the claim so that any disruption caused by the incident is minimised. Consistent with our approach to responsibility we avoid the standard industry method where brokers outsource claims to third parties or call centres.
