Unpleasant experience. We have purchased business insurance from this company. When we start reporting accidents we were absolutely shocked with a level of service provided by Davies. Delays in all cases, unable to send updates, hard to get through the phone line, email fairly answered, poor communication between departments, and another issues which casing a lot of stress and time consumption. Definitely not worth 60k per annual. If you insure your fleet, think twice and make sure you got a Broker who will represent your company.

Pathetic service! does not even deserve the 1 star rating! poor service.unprofessional staff brooke road e17 9hh was flooded in july 2021 which caused a lot of damage to my property. its been 10 months, insurance company has not dealt with my claim even though my property was fully insured, I have contacted insurance company on serveral occasions but am getting no response. this insurance company is a SCAM! please do not get your property insured from them as all they want is money! the insurance company advised me to leave my property however it is and they will sort it out ASAP bit after waiting for 10 months.they still havent done anything. I have 3 young kids walking around a damp house.

Responses slow to non existant. A lorry insured by them, reversed into our building in December 2021, they have not made an attempt to resove the issue and fob us off, how is it possible companies like this are able to trade in such a immorale way? We have lost business, have health and safety issues, spent loads on heating the building and been exposed to a security risk. Its so tiring being a small business, especially on the back of Covid and this is how you are treated.

Only giving 1 star as it does not allow you to give nil. Absolutely abysmal claims experience. 5 months after storm Arwen I am still waiting for repairs to my caravan. Davies group use a loss adjuster company called Ashwicks who are equally as incompetent as the Davies group. Time for these cowboys to be shown for what they are. Customer experience is not in their remit.

Doggy company. absolute no care of any customers. on call for over an hour and no one attended. kept calling for many days no one attend. stay away and found the reviews reflecting their real identity and real face. Insurance companies are doing a big fraud so no one asks them because govt is part of this all. West got lot good but got such worse factors. need some one real leader who can crack down on all these bogus companies.

Incredibly slow to respond to claims, and when you finally hear back it's just an endless back and forth (over weeks or months) of Davies Group asking questions that you already answered in your initial claim submission. It feels like they view their job as being to reject claims where possible, and to delay payouts in all other situations. They eventually paid out, but only after wasting my time for two months.
I appreciate that claims need to be investigated to prevent insurance fraud, but I believe that these investigations should be undertaken by a competent organisation that knows how to handle the information they are given. I took out insurance from Urban Jungle, who use Davies Group as claims handlers, and I cannot recommend either service because of Urban Jungle's decision to use such a substandard claims handling company.

Worst company ever. Is it any wonder people think twice about taking out insurance when you need to deal with companies like these. Home emergency cover came to fix a repair. Said most items should be covered under Home insurance. Davies group said NO! Need to fix all leaks ourselves at our own expense, and any damage repair after that will require a 500 excess payment. What a con! Don't ever us an insurance company like, Bedford insurance, who use a useless company like Davies Group.worst insurance experience ever!

Claim Reference: 82890012733 My claim has been going on since before 24th July 2021 and still no works have been done and no pay-out received. I had a leak under my kitchen floor and ever since I started my claim it has been an absolute nightmare for us. Its been so long since the leak actually happened that we now have mushrooms growing out of our skirting boards and floor and the damage is just getting worse and worse.
They have offered me less than half of what it will cost to do a full repair and are now just ignoring me. The last thing they said was that they have to speak to their contractors to get an update but this was weeks ago and I still have not had a response. I have opened a case with the FOS but now have to wait even longer for them to appoint an inspector. I highly recommend that anyone avoids this company at all costs!

This is the worst company I have come accross. I feel I am generous even giving them the one star. They mess up your claim and are totally un-professional. Tried to explain to Helen politely, and she just put the phone down. Very unprofessional. I will be advising British Gas, that if they want me to deal with Davies Group for my claim, I will choose another insurance company when it comes to renewing.

Absolutely shocking company. AVOID! Honestly i wish my insurers had told me who they were using for claims. I paid for iPhone cover which is all fine until you actually need to fix your phone! I was told it would take 10 working days to fix/replace the phone. Can you imagine not having your phone for 2 weeks when you literally use it for everything. This company is a joke. AVOID Davies Group AND NEXT GEN INSURANCE which is where i purchased the policy. It's not worth the trouble.
