I've had my competition horse insured with Carriagehouse Insurance since last year. I've used a variety of different companies over the years but have never had to make a claim. Carriagehouse was straightforward when obtaining a quote online and easy to arrange. Due to my horse developing arthritis, I had to make a claim. I contacted them on the Monday as I wasn't 100% sure what I needed to do. They sent me the forms required almost immediately.
I completed my claim form on the Wednesday morning, my vet did the same and they had settled an hour or so afterwards! Couldn't believe it! Fantastic, hassle free service. I'd thoroughly recommend. Thank you

Critical: Professionalism I have spent over 20 years in senior management in the motor industry and deal with the UKs largest insurers on a regular basis. Awful experience combative, unprofessional and unhelpful. I would avoid this company at all costs. Terrible I would advise carriage drivers to ask around and get first hand advice.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Carriage House Insurance. I have insured my horse trailer with them for the last three years and they have been exceptional in every way. Reasonable premium, and didn't go up after a claim they paid out without hesitation. Rose and her team are wonderful!
