As with most businesses, Burnetts was first conceived out of an idea to serve a market with a really good offering which no-one else could match. We started specifically in the print sector over 20 years ago, but then diversified into several different industry verticals. The one thing in common is we always have insurance and our customers at heart, minimising disruption and helping restore normality.

Our job is to make it as easy as possible for you to make a claim on your policy. If you need to make a claim, it's our job to take the information on what happened and make a decision on whether it is covered by your policy. If your claim is accepted and you've settled any excess payment, we then sort out what happens next.
