DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! RUN Really disappointed by Morton michel. I contacted this company to subscribe to a childcare company insurance in January 2021. I had contact with someone who seemed nice. We exchanged a few emails to set up the right quote and contract depending on my company needs. From the 16 of February I do not have any news from my advisor. NO QUOTE NOTHING.

I called a few times, apparently the person in charge was on sick leave which is really sad and I understand but since 3 months I've called many times and nobody helped me. Someone called Steve promised me to take charge of my case twice asking me to send a recap email. but I have never received any news. I am really choked as I applied for an expensive quote including professional, business and clinic insurance.apparently they are not qualified to provide insurance service.

I lost 4 months of research being put in pending each call I made! In addition I will stop recommending this company to my colleague as I pass this company link once a month at least for a while.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Must be the worst broker in the UK. Blatantly in the pockets of the insurance companies they put forward. 55 years of service to the industry only to turn completely inept once things go sour. I really hope we see the back of you.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value My business closed during lockdown. Morton Michel have agreed a refund but, after agreement in July no payment has been forthcoming. Regular communication has had no result. Very disappointed and glad I never had to make a claim from them!

Absolutely abysmal service. I have sent about 8-10 emails asking for a response as my business closed during lockdown. I only needed insurance for a month. They didn't respond even once and have sent me a letter asking for the fee for the year! I called them to discuss the matter and got passed from call handler to call handler. The last person I spoke to said someone would call me back.

Surprise surprise, no one called and I got hit with another letter asking for the fee and consequences if I didn't pay. I am now going to have to get in touch with a solicitor to deal with them on my behalf as it is becoming too stressful. I have all the emails I sent as proof. Beware of this company!

Avoid. Renewal came through and was very expensive. When I asked for proof of NCB for new insurance company they were unable to obtain them. Originally asked for it on 10/01/2020 and still haven't received it. I now risk loosing my NCB with new insurance company.
