Absolutely disgusting customer service. Please do not go through them for your car insurance. Please read terms and conditions before agreeing to their policy. It's day light robbery, exploitative to the consumer, and scamming. Internal employees have no idea what the policy details and agreements are, multiple people say multiple different things and then lie and deny that they said that.
