Our mission is to provide great customer service and we strive to help people get the cover they need so they can enjoy their holiday.
We are in the process of making some important changes to the Freedom product which includes the introduction of a new insurer. While this work continues, we have temporarily suspended the sale of new policies. If you have an existing policy with Freedom Insurance, your cover will not be affected by these changes.
Our policies are available to you if you are permanently resident in the United Kingdom (UK) and registered with a general practitioner (GP) in the UK. This does not include residents of the Channel Islands or IOM. If you are admitted to a hospital or clinic while abroad, contact our Emergency Assistance Service who are available 24/7 as soon as possible.
