Janine Davis was superb! I had to make a claim that was not dealt with properly by the management company that manages my building (Safepm). When I contacted the insurance company myself, Janine Davis patiently listened to all problems that had occurred and was extremely helpful in finding solutions and advising how to move forward with the claim.
