Bought my policy 07th June still waiting for them to email it, cant get through on the telephone not at 7p a minuet and it wont let me email. so thanks for nothing. I am traveling in 2 days time 23rd June. will have to purchess through someone else. NOT HAPPY

I have tried 4 times to ring them, on different days and times during the day, been on hold for at least 35 mins and every time no answer! Absolute nightmare

Hi, I contacted insurefor today as I made an error when creating my policy. initially I tried to use the live chat option as i did think the phone lines would be busy with all the trouble with airlines cancelling flights. In the live chat I was assisted by Sophie who was fast responding to my messages and extremally helpful and knowable to help me with my issue, as it was an amendment I required this could not be completed in the live chat and Sophie arranged for one of her colleges to contact me.
I was then contacted straight away by Lorene ( apologies if I have the name incorrect ) but her extension number is 4842 again extremely helpful, knowledgeable and came across really approachable. Obviously travel at the minute is quite stressful so speaking and being assisted by professional helpful people is amazing.

Do not insure with this company, they do not answer phones or emails. I have tried for days to have my insurance amended, it is impossible to get through to them.

I cancelled my policy with them and it took over 2 months to receive a refund (over 6 phone calls and 4 emails). They only finally processed my refund when I said I was taking the issue to the financial ombudsman

Probably the worst customer service experience I've had. Take a week off if you want to phone them. Impossible to get through, whatever time you call. Line constantly engaged or if you do get an answer, you are held in a queue until you get fed up and leave after half an hour.
