Needed to make a change ie car. Nice chap went through quick and easy bar the admin charge (25) which I'll say now is avoidable if you just make an online account and use there app/website which I believe is standard practice fir alot of insurance. I find Zenith the best cover with the best options and I'm confident you will too!

Although we were cancelling an automatic renewal which we had forgotten to do we found the experience excellent. I phoned them up, got through to a real person almost immediately who was extremely helpful and cancelled our renewal at once and with no fuss. Couldn't have been more efficient and customer friendly.almost wish we hadn't found much cheaper insurance elsewhere!

Been on hold for half an hour to just ask a question about a very traumatic claim I've had to make. unless you're able to put your life on hold to wait for a phone to be answered, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Cant stress it enough. I got to this company through Sainsburys - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Couldnt write enough bad stuff about this company. Not who you want to be dealing with ANY stressful situations, let alone a traumatic car crash. Horrific service and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.

Paid for my van insurance 1 week before 105 and cancelled it due to getting a car then the charge me 25 to cancel as well as 105 Don't buy from this insurance!

Avoid Avoid Avoid! I have lodged a claim a month ago!never had any communication from them not even an automated email to acknowledge my claim. I have spent somuch money on taxis to go to work and back. No one ever answer the phone you're left holding for a lifetime until you decide to hang up. My car's bodywork is rotting from rust it's still sitting where the accident happened it has never been taken to the accident repair centre.

I haven't been provided with a replacement car as part of my insurance cover. I have escalated the matter to Financial Ombudsman and have received quicker response from them than this rubbish company. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE IF YOU WANT TO RETAIN YOUR SANITY! I wouldn't even give a star if there was that option.

Put a claim in before Christmas, not heard anything back, rang and rang and rang no one ever answers tho phone I did once get hold of someone who gave me her 'direct line' still no bloody answer! Cannot find an email address either, honestly the time I have wasted on this! I will be taking my business elsewhere in future Really not impressed

The worst insurance experience I have ever encountered. nobody got In contact for 3 and a half weeks after my accident. I rang them every day to try get some kind of idea what was going on. just kept getting passed department to department. useless

Critical: Quality Disgusting company. Harrassing for cancellation fee when having to take my uneconomical to repair car off the road. People have to change cars every day for untold reasons. Seem to be mercenary beyond belief. Was told they would chase for cancellation fee. Aggressive unprincipled insurer with no.heart.

AVOID, AVOID! I would award 0 stars if there was an option to. Dreadful car insurance company. Customer advisors are rude and clueless. Argumentative over the phone about what correspondence they have sent out. Just wanna slap late charges on your monthly payments if you change your direct debit date. Looking at other reviews on here, customers are having similar experiences with being ripped off for the slightest change on a policy.
