Went on their online live chat to alter my insurance policy was hassle free and Jake was extremely helpful, reccomend using this service to avoiod long hold times and spending money on your phone bill i had to wait about 2 minutes max to get connected to a member of their team even though the wait time said 10minutes. One of lowest prices on the market for relatively new riders too!

Had a policy, decided I want another bike, they don't insure this particular bike, and I have to pay a cancellation fee, to swap insurers.no I don't have to pay if u don't wanna insure a bike, that's not how it works

Phoned to get a multi-quote on my bikes, which I didn't take as they were more expensive than 3 separate policies elsewhere. Got my phone bill today, that call cost me 12! Avoid at all costs

Cancelled my insurance, they meant to take cancellation fee from my bank account, it was declined so instead of informing me they sent letter (to an address where I don't live anymore and I stated that while cancelling) which arrived way too late (10 days overdue) so they applied additional charge. It is f ridiculous. You had my email, phone number and all the info for a reason yet you decided it's the best to sent a letter.

Awful company. manage to wangle the figures so you get nothing back if you have to cancel. Reading the problems that others have had, you have to wonder why go compare etc deal with them. Better to spend the extra and go with a decent company, not these chancers

Been with them for years but judging by today's experience I'm glad I never needed to claim in the past. I rang today and found to my cost that there phone number is premium rated, my wife was on hold for 15mins which cost her 8 and her phone company terminated the call obviously because we did not know there call charges god knows how much it has cost me as I actually spoke to someone. I rang to cancel my policy of which there was 4 months remaining cover, i was charged the now familiar 40 admin fee (ouch) and when I challenged the fee for termination of policy I was told that it would not be cancelled without me paying in the old days they would have owed me. Rip off Britain eh between the call charges and there fee ifeel gutted.

After entering my details for a bike quote my bike is not even recognised on their database. Even after I enter the year of registration (1979) it concludes my bike is 1981 - which is no good to me. Then the emails arrive reminding me to finish entering my details?
