Told by their own employee that they can choose to only pay half the claim if THEY think you are under insured! The most expensive thing I own is my laptop and although it is an expensive laptop, my clothes etc are very cheap. The employee said I was under insuring the rest of my possessions and so they would be entitled to only pay out half if I was to claim! On top of that, very poor customer service skills and rude. Do not recommend insuring with JBI.
