Make a claim

Making a claim can be a daunting process; at Commercial Direct we have trained staff who can assist with the process. Should the unfortunate occur please call us as soon as convenient to discuss how best to proceed. Depending on the cause, insurers will normally require evidence of the loss in the form of a police reference number, photographs estimates etc. In most circumstances insurers allow emergency repairs to take place so avoid any further damage but DO NOT complete the full works.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Totaly not proffesional, they forget about you when you will have problem, nice sweet talk when everything going well. Waiting 1,5 year for resolve my case! Not respond not messaging nothing! If you want get like fake policy then yes use them! Alpen your service is tottaly useless!
