Impossible to get through on the phone. Managed to get through once to be told they are busy and will ring back shortly. Nobody has called back, and I have tried numerous times this past week at various times each day to speak to somebody about insurance for a High Altitude Expedition. Always put on hold and can never get to speak to a human.

My recommendation: If you're planning to buy a policy online, try ringing the office first. I've waited ages to get through and given up on two occasions. I've twice asked for a copy of the policy to be sent by post, first when I managed to get through and I was told it would be done, second by email. Never heard back from either communication.
