Our California contractor ghost policy service supports sole proprietors who may need workers compensation coverage without employee payroll. Eligibility is not universal and depends on the contractors circumstances and trade classification. We assess current California law, carrier underwriting, ownership, and subcontractor relationships. When permitted, the arrangement may help address CSLB or certificate holder requirements.
