Arkwright are one of the very few brokers that are honest and trustworthy. My primary contact was Elyas, he assisted me with acquiring Fleet car insurance and liability insurance. With all the quotes I received from a number of companies Elyas was always the cheapest and highest level of cover. I have no issue with arkwright the price is a bit high but only had my license for 6 months but all other insurance companies wanted me to have a black box fitted. So I give them a ring and they sorted out my insurance straight away tidy staf didn't spend hours waiting on the phone so big thank you to arkwright insurance company thumbs up from me

Very unimpressed with their auto-renewal policy. They don't just invite you to renew when your current policy nears its expiry - they actually take the money for the following year, without warning, without consent, and 3 weeks before it's due. and then when you telephone them to confront them about it, they still attempt to justify their immoral actions as acceptable. They don't even warn you when you take out your initial policy that they intend to do this. Disgraceful conduct.
Even with a cheaper policy being offered (I say "offered" loosely, seeing as the money had already been taken), I've switched to another insurance broker on principle. At least they have promised to fully refund the payment taken, with no admin fee. But this is not a classy way to do business.

They want to cancel my policy. They say I haven't provided NCB but I stated and shows on the policy there are zero. On hold for 30 minutes from que of 5. got to 1 then asked to leave a message! Yeehaaa

Do not use them out of date computer systems taking your information then twist to lower quote once you accept the quote decide your informion isnt correct and then hold you to random hiking your premium up stay away

Got a "cancellation letter by recorded delivery" which said THIS NOTICE IS FINAL YOUR POLICY WILL BE CANCELLED IN SEVEN DAYS TIME so then i phoned after a long log wait was told I hadn't given my monthly payments but guess what i had paid it in one go at the start. Then the excuse was i didn't show my no claims bonus. Then after "checks" I was told it was a mistake. What a ridiculous service. Please be saved and buy insurance somewhere else.

Was previously with Direct line for our home insurance, called up Arkwright as they had been recommended. Spoke to someone and explained what I needed and he gave me a quote straight away that was close to 3 times less than direct line. No complaints with the service and would gladly recommend to friends and family.
