We have been customers of David Roberts for upwards of 25 years and we are now thrown on the scrap-heap as they have transferred our home and car insurance policies to A-plan. Obviously this hasn't 't happened overnight, but it was in the pipeline when we renewed our policies in January! Our principles are to support local businesses providing employment for local people and now find our current policies lodged with a firm in Macclesfield.
While this experience has left us livid, disappointed and disgusted with David Roberts & Partners we WILL source another local insurer when these current policies have run their course. Unbelievable. Kathleen & John Banks
