Always been a great insurer for me, I can't comment on how they handle claims etc as I've luckily not been there yet. I've 4 cars with them and I'm forever on and off policies and laying vehicles up very simple and reasonable. Could be cheaper as I've been with them a long time and loyalty bonus would be good . Other than this great insurer.

I had an agreed valuation for my car 85,000, this lasted for 2 years i just recently insured again with classicline and all details given and i stated the value of the car as 85k again. I then completed the agreed valuation form and sent pictures, bearing in mind i have do less than 500 miles in 4 years. I got the vsluation back and they stated that the car valued at 65,000.i called them and asked the reason for the 20k reduction in value to be told that when it was valued last time it was overvalued. They really do not have a clue on the value of classic cars, i will never use this company again. Think long and hard before insuring your proud and joy with these ametuers Dave

Had my renewal and called to ask them if they could do anything for me on the price as another well known company was cheaper. All I had to do was email the quote I had and straight away while I was still on the phone they price matched it for me. I have been with classic line since I got the car 5 or 6 years ago and really wanted to stay with them and thanks to them being very happy to help me out they now have me as a customer again.
