Phoenix Liability Services was formed in 2006 by the current Partners to provide a specialist client focused claims handling and investigation service to Insurer and Insured Clients. Operating from offices across the UK the services we provide range from the investigation and report of claims to a full cradle to grave handling service. From the taking of one off statements, locus investigations, attending Legal conferences and settlement meetings through to the bulk handling of disease claims we offer cost effective solutions that puts technical excellence at the top of our priorities.
Services
All of our Adjusters have extensive experience in dealing with a variety of EL claims from a wide range of Industry Sectors. We regularly deal with claims from the construction, manufacturing, retail, service, leisure and entertainment and food production industries. We investigate and handle claims for national utility companies, housing associations, local authorities, sporting federations, agricultural firms and high street retailers. We are all too aware of the need to protect the reputation of our clients when it comes to handling product liability claims.
We realise that disease claims are a specialism in their own right and need specific expertise to ensure best outcomes. Here at Phoenix we operate a specialist disease claims service out of our Bromsgrove office. From here we provide technical expertise to a number of Insurer and Uninsured Clients. The team is led by market leading experts in their respective specialisms.
We currently have a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant, based in our office in Mold working as part of a team. Duties will include production of invoices, debt control, processing creditors and account queries. A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word, good numeracy, literacy skills and attention to detail is key. If you are interested please.
