Founded in the War Office in 1890 the Civil Service Insurance Society (CSIS) has now evolved into a modern, multi-award winning insurance provider, offering a range of insurance products to current, former and retired civil and public servants and their partners. We offer quality products at competitive prices with exceptional customer service and, being a "not for profit" organisation, we then donate all profits to Civil and Public Service Charities through our partner the CSIS Charity Fund.In the last decade alone we have donated over 7 million to be distributed to charitable organisations.

Whether driving to work or enjoying a tour of the countryside our Comprehensive and Third Party Fire & Theft car policies will look after you if something goes wrong. Motor Legal Expenses can also be added if required, and there are no CSIS administration fees on our policies. We are currently working to bring you policies from a wider range of insurers, so will be updating this information shortly. These are exciting times for CSIS, and we hope it will allow us to provide more choice and better pricing for our customers.
