Have been a customer since 2018 without a problem. Offer great product and sdvice. HOWEVER I have called several times this week and several times today (10 June 22), no answer 10-15 mins. If this happens send an email requesting call back. They called me within the hour. Sorted. Rating updated!

I don't have a bike nor have I ever requested a quote but I found my account debited 79.32 for some unknown transaction. I will be reporting them for fraud as I have no idea where the card details have been obtained from! It's an utter disgrace & avoid this company at all costs!

Avoid at all costs, pay a little extra for a more reputable company that won't scam you. Reviews here say it all, they appear to seek to get your policy cancelled to give you 30% back. Old trick, will be reporting to the ombudsman.

I would have happily given zero for this very poor company. Be careful as the customer service is very poor and any changes will cost you an arm and a leg. They're just a managing agent and don't even underwrite the policy themselves. BE CAREFUL!

Avoid this company at all costs. They quoted 36 for the month and took out 275 without consulting me. They trade as Safely Insured on money supermarket. Their prices are not clear, it is a conning company.

Had a cheap policy with these guys for 12 months and made no claims what so ever. I asked for proof of no claims bonus only to now find out they dont give no claims bonus as they said it was a classic policy. This was not made clear in the beginning. I've never heard of this in my life. I'd never go back to them. EVER. STAY WELL CLEAR!

Called for advice on the additional 'Claims Assistance' policy they flog alongside your main policy. They had no idea what it can or cannot do. They referred me to a website that I'd already visited so I already knew more than them. What a waste of time & money! No customer service at all! In fact quite argumentative instead of helpful.

Absolutely appalling, I did all I was asked and provided all relevant documents but this was not good enough paid 130 for 12 months insurance I've had it for 1 month, I was told today my insurance will be cancelled within 7 days and I will be refunded approximately 30 after charges, or pay another 139 to amend my policy due to a trusted price comparison website. Not happy! I will be pursuing legal action if this is not resolved quickly!

Absolutely appalling insurance company stay well clear. They took an unauthorised payment of 75 from me after I called and told them I will not authorise this. Policy for whole year was about 130 and they have took that amount from me in just 1 month not honest people, rip off company stay well clear! If I could leave no starts I would!

Awful awful awful - I had my motorbike stolen 3 months ago and have yet to receive any settlement. This company wiped their hands of me and handed me to the underwriters for the policy. Apparently I now have to swap my policy to a new motorbike or they will cancel it - I still haven't got the funds from my old one! To add insult to injury they want to charge me in excess of 30% of my premium to swap to a motorbike that is 5% of the value of my previous. They may provide cheap quotes but their customer service is non existent.
