Premium Choice is a motor insurance broker based in Wolverhampton. We offer insurance products for young motorists, those with convictions or with poor claims history, vans, alongside a range of other niche market areas. EDIT: In the interests of honesty I want to add that Premium Choice have now called me and apparently realised the mistake was entirely their fault. They are no longer demanding the money from me. I'm happy about that but it's a shame it happened and that it took so much stress, hassle and effort on my part. Avoid this terrible company at all costs.
They wrote to me demanding more money because they claimed I'd lied about the date I got my driving licence. Apparently the true date would have meant a higher premium. I went through the quotes system and the price was still the same when I put in the right date, a random date and the date they claimed to have when I rang them. They refused to waive this nonsense fee and demanded payment claiming that there was no way at all that they could have made an error (though their system is prone to guessing your details - the lady I spoke to claimed that that was impossible which is a blatant lie.
This all just means that I checked my details more thoroughly). I asked to cancel due to terrible, awful service and was told that that would cost over 200 as I had gone past the 14 days cancellation time - sadly they only tried to scam me after the cancellation time had passed. Lying, awful, dreadful company. Never use.
