Amazing experience with Healix during a recent medical emergency abroad. Always fast to respond, ensured I got the care and help I needed, and got me safely home to the UK in as little discomfort as possible. Would recommend their services to anyone. A sincere thank you to all of their team.

In a time of most distress being abroad and my wife had a accident, Healix took control and done an amazing job, our care mqnager Bella, and the team sorted every thing out, hassle free. This made our time dealing with hospitals, hotel, flights, taxis, etc sorted for us so i could care for my wife. EVERYONE needs travel insurance, but these were exceptional, i wish i could give them a higher star rating.

Our next holiday insurance will be with this company, they even bought us 3 seats on the plane so my wifes broken arm was comfortable, they go above and beyond, in every detail is sorted, thank you Healix

From the moment I had a serious health worry, while abroad, the staff at Healix has been marvelous. Not only was I reassured that I was covered, but regularly I received personal emails asking how the treatment was progressing and wishing me well. I felt the entire time away that I was covered - and was known to the staff (not just a Client number). I cannot praise Healix highly enough. In no way did they add to my worries and in every way they helped.

I had a very bad injury in Q4 2020 which resulted me hospitalized for a while. Healix is the agent handling the communication with my medical insurance company and hospitals. After I was discharged from the hospital I still need a numbers of follow up checkup with various clinic. My contacts in Healix ( Ms suzi and Ms Nathalie ) have been great source of support during my journey.

The level of compassion and care to details they have demonstrated during the whole process has far exceed my expectation. I would received regular emails and personal calls checking up on my conditions. The humanity behind policies and rules from these wonderful people made huge difference in helping my recovery. Gratitude to those in Healix on my case.

My recent experience with Healix came at a time where my physical health was challenged during a work assignment. We never think it will happen but, when it comes, the response of the insurance company determines the efficacy of the response. Healix staff provided a seamless service from first call to medical review and response so that I that could deal with the medical relationship side of my treatment without having stress from the administrative side which Healix staff handled so sensitively and in a consistent manner. I am very grateful and I will soon return to work. A big Thankyou to Healix international!

My wife had to be medically disembarked last month from cruise ship in Madeira following a serious fall on board. She spent a week in hospital there before we were repatriated back to the Isle of Man via the UK. The people at Healix International were fantastic particularly a lady called Monika who was our main point of contact. Everything was organised for us during our enforced stay with all dealings with the hospital taken care of and accommodation and travel arrangements booked for us for our safe return home. We couldn't have asked for more and we will forever be grateful.

A few days break in Berlin for new year why bother taking out travel insurance? We are so glad we did. My wife took ill and ended up in intensive care in a military hospital. I phoned our insurance company who basically took over, basically told me where I was as after the ambulance journey I had no idea. My wife spent 6 days intensive care and a further 6 on a observation ward. Healix staff were were superb allaying my fears over hospital fees and hotel fees.

They sorted my hotel out which allowed me to stay where I was for the next two weeks, no questions and regular updated me with my wife condition at the times I couldn't get updates from the Germany medical staff. Once my wife was discharged, Healix kept In regular contact with us and ensured my wife was ok to fly back to the U.K. they sorted flights out and everything else to ensure we arrived home safely but also kept in touch when we were at the airport and even phoned us when we arrived home to ensure was ok.

First (and hopefully last) time we have used any type of insurance whilst abroad but they were absolutely brilliant and really really appreciate everything they did to help us.

I am a pilot flying under contract for Rishworth Aviation. We were informed that Healix was going to be our health insurance on layovers and on duty. I've never heard about Healix before, so you always wonder if it is good or not until you need it. I had an emergency after a flight in Sydney and went to the hospital. I chose the hospital that suited me best and Healix just requested all the medical invoices and documents and took care of the situation for me.

Personal and very kind treatment by all staff, especially David. The revision of the invoices and payment to the hospital was made in a professional and quick way. I recommend this company 100% if you are looking for a realiable and top service. Thank you very much Healix for my peace of mind. Keep up the good work.

A South African citizen, I sustained a head injury and two broken ribs as a result of a fall in Hong Kong. Everything from covering hospital costs, procedures, scans, x rays and medication as well as follow up consultations was a hassle free experience from an authorization point of view, as well as luggage and flight assistance with repatriation back home.

Personal follow up calls, as well as constant email communication just made all the difference. You do not get better customer service than this! I was part of a general company insurance, but as an individual I was treated superbly. I cannot recommend Healix highly enough for piece of mind for any travel abroad.

We needed the help of Healix when we were abroad and had an injury incident. The staff were kind, compassionate and patient with dealing with our situation. They liaised quickly with the clinic and with just a few details of our policy coverage, paid for the treatment and also followed up with regular emails. Even after this they were concerned for the health of the person i was travelling with and offered to provide more assistance where they could. They really turned our nightmare moment into something very easy. I would highly recommend them
