Unfortunately I paid for their safety certificate & inclusion on their website. After only a few months, the safety badge disappeared from my website This is in spite of me having five stars etc. Despite numerous emails to them about this, no reply has been received. Now my emails have been returned to me as 'failed to deliver'. Hmmm Needless to say this isn't a product I'll be renewing.
