It is with regret that I have to write this review to warn others against having business throught this company - it had taken 3 months to get a refund (still waiting) of a policy cancelled during the statutory cancellation period of 14 days. I had to exchnage over 20 emails and waste many working hours to get this refund. I'm hoping I will get my money.
I find that at this day and age, to have such a low standard of service, to drag feet to refund the customer's money is just not acceptable. I would strongly discourage anyone to get insurance via this limited company. They are 3 times more expensive (I've got much better policy and 3 times better priced hence i've cancelled mine). If you do, at your own peril.
