Recognising the role that we all play in ensuring that we leave the world a better place than we found it we launched our Environmental & Sustainability Plan in late 2020. What a terrible company, the lack of competency and legal understanding was appalling, this company is representing major companies such as Oil for Wales. I am sure that the Stakeholders for these businesses would have serious concerns on how they are acting on their behalf with their customers in the best interest of the company. Very very poor

Possibly the worst organisation I have had to deal with along with Enfield council. Initially they were very quick to pick up the case and get back to me, but after that 1 phone call they disappeared. I tried getting hold of Chelsea who was dealing with my case and since our initial phone call I couldn't get hold of her. Even when I called the office, she was never available to talk, reply to emails.
Absolutely nothing. I have been trying to get a response from this company from August 2020 and only recently received a response in June 2021 and even then, with the wrong information. Once I corrected them with the correct information, it had become another round of the waiting game. Finally, I had received a response, no hello nothing, just a vague email to say they made an error and the amount will finally be paid. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY. STAY AWAY. UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME OF LEISURE.

Ordered pie and chips and it was the worse pie I have ever eaten. No taste and very bland. The chips were very pale with no taste. The jug of gravy was very thin and tasteless. The peas were ok. I have been to this pub many times pe-pandemic but the food was very disappointing and has gone downhill.

The fact Questgates doesn't respond to reviews is a testament of their contempt they hold for customers. I had the unfortunate luck of having this company assigned as the loss adjustor after a home insurance claim with Admiral. Questgates sent out a "special investigator" and let me tell you, there was nothing special about him. It appears the company recruits individuals who work from home without applying any competency checks.
Long story short the incompetent loss adjustor / special investigator rejected my claim. I escalated the case as I'm more versed with FCA regulations than the "special" investigator it transpires, insurance company finally settled my claim and also paid out 8% simple interest accrued over 13 months thanks to Questgates dragging their heels and causing unjust delays. Not only were they useless for me (I appreciate they work For the insurer not claimant), but they also ended up costing the insurance company unnecessary s.

After seeing all of these reviews I feared the worst, however I can confirm that, at least in my case, my claims handler could not have been more professional and speedy, settling my claim in full (minus excess) within 3 working days from first reporting it to my insurers (my claims handler first contacted me 2 working days ago). I feel genuinely sorry for anyone who has had issues with any insurance claims (my previous travel insurance with OUL resulted in 6 months of hell and a payout of 20 out of 620!), but I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a more professional, efficient and friendly claims handler and team!

Would you have confidence in a company that couldn't even get your name right? Questgates wrote to me as MR Elizabeth Young (close, but my name is, in fact, Colin). My claim for house insurance was for damage caused by water ingress, most probably from the roof, a natural occurence, I would suggest. Yet, they somehow classed this as 'accidental' damage, which was not covered. (House is unoccupied and was completely redecorated in July 2017).
In their repudiation letter they wrote that, "the attending surveyor was not able to inspect the roof externally". So, not a real inspection then? The money I paid to repair the damage was probably under the amount of any excess, nevertheless their decision seems erroneous. If you are thinking of purchasing insurance from Questgate (or TPA Solutions as it's hard to tell which company you are dealing with) my advice would be to AVOID.
