TopMark Adjusters Limited was established in 2002 by Roger Topping who remains involved in the business on a consultancy basis. Whilst our core business is Loss Adjusting for Insurers we also offer a highly skilled and technical claims presentation service for Brokers and their clients. We have a proven track record of achieving settlements in complex cases where Insurers and policyholders are in dispute, including cases where Insurers have decided to refuse a claim or impose penalties for breach of policy conditions.
Our team of qualified Adjusters allow us to offer specialist advice across all aspects of the claims industry. Our broad experience and technical expertise allow us to ensure that all of our recommendations and advice are accurate, interpreted in line with the intention of the Policy and free from bias.
All of our adjusters have extensive experience of assessing the adequacy of sums insured when compared with the value at risk. Whether a particular sum insured relates to the building, contents or stock it is crucial that the sum insured is adequate to cover the cost of rebuilding or replacing all of the property you own.
