One of the most incompetent companies I've dealt with, outsourced my vehicle repair (after I was reversed into) to one of their suppliers S&G Response. CoPlus then washed their hands of my case and left to try and get my vehicle repaired via S&G Response. Liability was agreed after 10 days and 4 months later my vehicle still isn't repaired. I've been through the complaint's procedure with CoPlus who have zero interest in their and their suppliers' failings.

I am now having to escalate to the ICO and FCA due to multiple Data Protection breaches and being forced to sign unregulated Credit Agreements if I want my claim progressing.

Had to deal with these guys courtesy of Adrian Flux, and all I can do is reaffirm the majority of negative reviews in relation to claims. Nearly 6 months to initially respond, with a one line completely unsatisfactory response. Chased for a while, but they just became too much of a headache to deal with so gave up and had to pay to resolve the issue myself. After this not really sure the purpose of having to pay insurers, happy to take your money, but awkward as hell when it comes to a claim!

They lead you on for weeks when you try and make a claim asking for more and more information. You provide it and they find a clause in the small print as to why they can't pay out! Pretty much a scam

Completely incompetent customer service. Wasted my time for months and didn't actually do anything. My claim is a none fault aswell which makes it even worse. My vehicle has been damaged for 9 months with me chasing them every week asking for answers. Don't bother putting yourself through it and go elsewhere. i'll be reporting them to trading standards

Just phoned this company regarding an issue with paint repairs that were carried out on my car through them. Felt like I was been interrogated and that the degradation of the paint work was my fault. Told them I'd sort the paint work myself rather than have to talk to them again. Awful customer service.

I had my Vauxhall Corsa key replaced by Hannah, she was so polite and courteous. The service she provided was outstanding, she came out of hours on a very cold winter night to help and really went the extra mile to help. Thank you!

Coplus recently dealt with an insurance claim for me where I had lost my car key. I spoke to James, who was friendly and explained everything in detail. My key was replaced within a few days, very happy and would definitely recommend 1st Central key insurance.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I have a home emergency where i have no heating at home, an engineer was meant to coming over but no one turned up. I tried calling the company again to find out what is happening. Was on hold for 2 hours. Absolutely shocking company and unprofessional.

Absolute waste of time and money. Their recommended company have a 2 month windscreen wait. so charge a larger excess if you book with any other screen replacement company. Got cut off the phone call three times with no call back so had to be on hold of 25mins at a time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality I have a background in Fleet Management and in all my experience I have never known such an unprofessional shambles. From rude telephone calls to ineptitude on a huge scale, I am in the process of not only referring my complaint to the ombudsman but also trading standards.

What a shambles of a company! Read through the reviews you'll soon get the jist. Very hard to get hold of and takes a very long time for a reply if you ever eventually get one that is.

Absolutely shocking. Very poor and highly unprofessional would never recommend this farcical company to anyone. Called the "EMERGENCY" claims line to report the need for an engineer as the boiler had stopped working so therefore no gas meaning no hot water or heating. Bearing in mind its mid February so cold outside. to make matters worse we have 3 under 5 including a one week old baby in the house and they have palmed us off and fobbed us off with excuse after excuse. now to be told an engineer MAY visit tomorrow.48 hours after I make the initial call. the attitude of the call handlers has been dismal and a very condescending and blazai attitude towards customers at a time of need. Youve only received 1 star as I could not give zero.

And after reading the reviews on here. 22 reviews, 16 of which are 1 star and two of the 5 star reviews smack clearly as in house reviews. Even using names that partner each other up

The worst experience of my life. Its taken me 3 months to achieve a simple car insurance claim and they have just written to me to ask if l still want to pursue the claim. The letter refers to previous correspondence which l haven't received. I am too exhausted to take this any further. I have never come across worst incompetence.
