Have been waiting for a call back from Zurich for 7 weeks now since I logged a temporary claim. Try calling at least twice a week and am on hold for 30-60 mins before I give up.

Zurich are very helpful in the purchase of insurance but in my experience useless in assisting with a claim. Although we had cancellation cover our Coronavirus cancellation claim was rejected due to small print exclusion terms at exactly the same time as their renewal offer was sent boasting of the high quality of their product. A total waste of the money spent last year.
